#18 Talent ID & Team Selection

We focus on identifying talent and selecting teams, a hot topic at all levels of the game. 
We get the national picture from David Court, the new ECB Player Identification Lead and the local outlook from James Hibberd, Regional Performance Manager for the Hampshire Pathway.  In a great listen with real significance for parents, coaches and players, they discuss:

• the importance of giving players time to develop
• issues with one off trials
• talent ID in other sports and how players should play multiple sports
• hopes for the future
