The Hampshire Wellbeing Centre has teamed up with eforea spa to provide an Exercise For Health service to help the community on their health and fitness journey.

Sometimes it can be a struggle to find the time and motivation to carry out exercise, but it has been proven that even small amounts of moderate exercise can have health benefits. Our service can help the clients to reach and maintain a healthy body weight and lifestyle.
Our Exercise for Health sessions are a great way for members of the public to begin exercising, and it is specifically designed for anyone who has a medical illness or injury. As we come out of Covid, we are very much aware that many people will have lost fitness, as well as confidence, during lockdown but our highly experienced therapists as well as our location in the quiet gym environment at eforea spa makes this service very safe, friendly and effective.
