BEEFY’S is located on the Upper Ground floor of Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, the Ageas Bowl’s hotel.

Hilton at the Ageas Bowl offers BEEFY’S guests complimentary parking, and the restaurant is accessible by walking into and past reception and to the lifts at the far side of the Lower Ground floor.
When exiting the lifts on the Upper Ground floor please turn right and then immediately left into BEEFY’S where you will find a member of the team to greet you.

At BEEFY’S, we only use top quality ingredients, allowing us to create special dishes that are of a consistently high standard. Much of our produce is sourced locally too, which gives our chefs the chance to serve up the very best of Britain.

It’s important for us to use what our country has to offer for two reasons: firstly, we believe some of the finest food can be found in our own back garden, with animals that are fed on grass all year round; secondly, it helps us ensure that travel times are short, for a taste that’s always fresh and full of flavour.
Our beef and other meats are reared in Hampshire. They’re dry aged and sourced from the local butcher, Owton’s. Our fish comes from the sustainable waters of the Solent and Lymington.
The range of wines you’ll find on offer at BEEFY’S has been personally selected by Sir Ian himself – including BMW wines developed in partnership with the well-renowned winemaker, Geoff Merrill, and his great friend Bob Willis.

On the menu you’ll be able to discover over 100 wines from around the world that are perfectly complemented to the dishes on our menus – in addition to an array of cocktails and gins.
We understand the charms of a traditional steakhouse, which is why we’ve paid respect to the quality and values that dining in one should entail. However, we’ve used our expertise and vision to create what we believe is a much-needed, modern version of the classic.

Sir Ian Botham, universally referred to by his nickname ‘Beefy’, is an advocate of fresh, high quality British cooking. That’s because, beyond the boundaries of his glittering domestic and international cricket career – where he was generally regarded as one of England’s greatest ever all-rounders – Sir Ian has a real passion for fine food and wine.

On the field, Sir Ian never compromised on his commitment to the game. In his media career, he has become a respected voice for a clear and unfussy style. And as a fundraiser for charitable causes, his prodigious dedication was the main reason for being appointed as a Knight Batchelor by the Queen. These qualities can also be found in Sir Ian’s approach to ensuring BEEFY’S becomes the leading British steak and seafood restaurant in the UK.
