Exhibition Venue - The Ageas Bowl

Any of The Ageas Bowl’s function suites can be used for exhibitions all year round. However, for very large installations, we have a designated exhibition hall.

An 859sqm space, it has easy rear access for loading and unloading, making any exhibition easily accessible.

In recent years this space has been home to Business South, a major regional event offering companies of all types and sizes the opportunity to showcase products and services, generate sales, market their brand and network with like-minded businesses. The exhibition hall is available for hire in connection with any of our conference suites.

The Atrium

The Atrium is the heart of The Ageas Bowl and is not available for private hire.

However, it is an excellent space for public exhibitions and conference delegates are invited to use its comfortable sofas and café style tables as break out areas or simply as somewhere to relax away from the main event. Our Atrium bar facility offers refreshments.

External Exhibition Grounds

We have extensive external grounds on site ideal for use for product launches, additional display vehicles or larger machinery.

These areas can be branded to fit with your event and are within walking distance of the main pavilion so are easily accessible by all your delegates and exhibitors.
