The Ageas Bowl County Golf Club
The Ageas Bowl County Golf Club is currently undergoing huge redevelopment works, which will transform our existing 9 hole golf course into a fantastic new 18 hole, par 71 course.
This is part of an historic deal which has been concluded between The Ageas Bowl and Eastleigh Borough Council (EBC). Construction of a 4-star, Hilton branded hotel, has commenced in earnest and will encompass the golf club house, changing facilities, professional shop, bar, restaurant and club lounge, with a terrace overlooking the 18th green.
For the keen golfers amongst you, this is definitely a project to watch with interest!
Preparatory work on the extension of the golf course to 18 holes has been ongoing for some time, although the Club continue to offer 9 holes of play. Naturally, it has been necessary to change the layout and length of the 9 holes but we have endeavoured to maintain as interesting a challenge as possible.
Our 9 hole variation is perfect for practice play and improving that most essential short game!
