Facilities and Funding
We understand that it’s not always easy for cricket clubs to work towards improving their facilities whilst also ensuring the books are balanced. These pages provide practical advice on how to develop and finance a wide variety of facility projects. Click on one of the links below to be taken to the relevant information.
Developing a Project
Everything you need to know about Developing a Project whether you’re thinking about refurbishing the pavilion, building a new artificial practice facility or relaying the square this booklet will take you from “Concept to Completion.”
National Funding
Although funding has become more difficult to access in recent years there are still national bodies which support sports clubs to develop projects.
The ECB Funding Booklet gives an insight into a number of sources where you can access funding for a wide variety of capital and revenue projects.
Local Funding
In Hampshire we are fortunate enough to have a number of Local Charities who support cricket clubs.

Fundraising and Fundsaving
With grant aid becoming more difficult to access there is an even greater emphasis on Fundraising & Fundsaving. Take a look at the ECB’s handy guide to raising funds at your club.
