England v South Africa 2012
Tuesday 28th August 2012 sees The Ageas Bowl welcome back South Africa for the first time since the ground’s very first ODI back in 2003. They take on England in a day-night fixture – the second of the NatWest ODI Series.
For England fans, this match is the second and final chance to see the team on the South Coast in 2012 and, following an Ian Bell-led demolition of the West Indies in June [pictured right], the team will be full of confidence going into the match at what is fast becoming one of their favourite grounds.
South Africa are likely to field a team full of flair and skill, potentially including the likes of former Hampshire spinner, Imran Tahir and global superstars Graeme Smith, Jacques Kallis and Dale Steyn.
